CEFC China Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with China Communications Construction in the Presence of Ye JianmingCEFC China
On the afternoon of December 29, 2016, CEFC China signed a strategic partnership agreement with China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC) at CCCC’s headquarters in Beijing. Wu Hongbin, Vice President of CEFC China, and Fu Junyuan, Executive Director of CCCC, signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides in the presence of Ye Jianming, Board Chairman of CEFC China, and Liu Qitao, Board Chairman of CCCC.
According to the agreement, the two companies will jointly invest in the construction and management of infrastructure, equipment manufacturing, alternative energy, nuclear power, smart urban transport, tourism and airlines, and other areas, with the aim of building all-dimensional cooperation in main businesses, funds and project investment. Both companies will fully tap their resources and influence at home and abroad, increasing the interactions between the international and the domestic markets.
In their discussion at the ceremony, Ye and Liu had an in-depth exchange of views on deepening cooperation between the two companies, and reached consensus on key areas of cooperation in the future and establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism.
